 GET FATTY - HOWARD STERN FILM FESTIVAL 
 Not long after his arrival on SIRIUS radio, Howard Stern announced that he was creating a Film Festival and I couldn't have been more pleased. Not only was it a brilliant premise and the prize money quite substantial, but I had always felt that Howard should be remembered for more than just titty jokes and fart noises. For those of you that don't know, the H.S. Film Festival gives aspiring film makers a legitimate, competitive platform to show off their film making talents as well as their sense of humor. With the success of the first Film Festival still reverberating around school campuses and film students all over the country, it is quite clear that the H.S.F.F. will be around for a long time. Once the rules and regulations were posted on the H.S. website, it was now time for me to come up with a plot. Right about this time Artie Lange, Howard's very fat and funny side kick, started having a love affair with the vending machine. His addiction to this newly discovered treasure trove of crapcakes and snackeries was more then disturbing to anyone within crumb dropping distance. Artie even memorized the number codes associated with all of his favorite munchies. It was this obsession with eating, and his depleting the machine on a daily basis, that spawned GET FATTY! The snack foods, facing total annihilation, realized that they had to take matters into their own little candy coated hands and take the fat bastard out. So at 6:00am on a beautiful Sunday morning, the cast of characters met in Long Beach, Long Island at a beach side apartment building, for an all day shoot.
